As someone new to the Saint Cloud area and currently completing an internship at the Lincoln Center—which is located directly next to East Side Oil Company—I had a deeply upsetting experience today with one of their employees. Due to ongoing road construction on Lincoln Ave, I was unable to access the Lincoln Center’s parking lot through the usual entrance.
