Ive been to this location twice in the past month for bday dinners. I cannot say enough about yhe young man who looked after our table. Just amazing friendly and attentive even when busy. The staff at this location just have such a happy energy. Love it and will be back soon
Tried to contact the restaurant manager directly. They brushed us off. Then reached out threw corporate, and got a response. Was offered a 30$ discount on out next visit. To be fair id never eat at this location again. Tables were sticky and unclean. Staff were rude and just hiding or to busy looking at their cell phones. We waited 15 mins to be seated in an empty restaurant. 45 mins to place an order. And another hour to get cold food. Food was terrible, and few mins into eating our dinner we both became violently. Our waiter Caleb was excellent, explained the new menu and answered our questions with a smile. Our drinks and food came out promptly and were delicious as always. We both ordered the linguini chicken tetrazzini which is our favourite item. Eastside Mario's is one of our favourite dining places and we've never left disappointed.
