Had a great meal, food was all served hot and fresh and tasted great. Service is really stand out, Abby our server was tremendous but the entire team was excellent. We were helped by at least 2 other ladies while Abby was occupied with other tables. Can’t commend the staff enough, probably one of the best ran places I’ve ever been too. The Restaurant’s International group (who I believe still owns the brand) should seriously have new franchises train with North London East Side team.
Abby was a great server, good was delicious and came out fast!
Ashley B was my server! She was amazing! She is happy and friendly and professional! She made sure to make me feel welcome as a customer. All servers should be like her! The chicken parmesan was delicious and the Calamari Diavalo was sooo good too. Really fantastic service and experience!
July 20,2026 I came in from out of town and stopped here. Im so glad I did. Ashley B was my server she was aging! Courteous and she was knowledgeable and so welcoming. Wow! That is what all employees should be like - like Ashley! She seems like a genuinely very nice person! ESM won the lottery with having a server like Ashley! I will come again!! I went to this location today to enjoy a meal and had a wonderful server named Claire. Wait times were very quick, and the service was amazing! Love the new garlic fest special!!!
