We stopped in for Mother’s Day and the service that we received was very amazing! The waitress Bianca and the managers Liko and Victoria treated us like family The food was very delicious BuT what made our day was the service which we received!!! Thank u very much! We will definitely be back !!!
Me and my family had a wonderful time at this location. Food was great, fresh, hot and delicious. They had 3 soups to choose from, the creamy potato bacon was my favourite. Service was exceptional. From the moment you walked in the door, we were greeted promptly and the hostess was lovely. Our server was great and meals came out quick. I would recommend this location to anyone and I will definitely be returning. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Very disappointing experience at East Side Mario’s. I have been to several East Side Mario’s locations across Ontario and have never experienced service this rude and disrespectful before. From the beginning, the waitress had an attitude even before properly greeting us. She kept interrupting us while we were speaking and would not let us finish what we were trying to say while ordering.
