I came part of a very large group and was impressed with the level of service. There were three staff members attending to our needs. Our waitress Desha was exceptional. She was pleasant, effecient and accommodating. The food came up fast and was hot and generous. It was an enjoyable experience.
We recently held our team fundraiser at East Side Mario’s, where our U14 boys were “celebrity servers,” and it was such a fantastic experience! The restaurant was very busy, but the staff and manager were absolutely amazing — they went out of their way to help our boys and make sure everything ran smoothly. my server was Alex she was very nice
Came to this location a couple of times and had Desha for my server for the first time the most recent time I was there. She was great! Made my experience even better! She was very quick to come check on my group always made sure our drinks were filled and gave us a good laugh. She answered all of our questions and gave us some great recommendations! Truly enhanced our experience. Would recommend being seated in her section again!
