This place lacks professionalism. They are rude and keeped me on hold for longer than 10 minutes on multiple occasions. When they can't answer your question then they transfer you to each other's voice-mail. They refused to make me an appointment even after I told them that I have a referral AND an ultrasound report stating I need an MRI for an unknown 8.6 cm mass on my thigh. I asked to speak to an office manager and they gave me the run around and wouldn't even give me her name. I am BEYOND disappointed.
I have had the best experience at this place the lady at the front desk got me in on the same day and and Mrs Hughes was the most amazing lady I have Ever met most friendliest ever could never have anything bad to say about this place love them
