Man, these people are AWESOME. I am in a bit of a desperate situation with a few days to get my mom's house fixed up for sale before I go back to Texas and the lawn guy broke a window! East Side Glass took pity on me because of my situation and sent someone out the SAME DAY! Also, even though I found out they can't do my Pella Windows, he fiddled around with a window that wouldn't close for 20 minutes and then didn't even charge me for it!
