We have used Brian and East Side for our electrical needs and they’ve done a fantastic job each time we’ve had them out from inspections to outlet and breaker box replacement. We needed an emergency repair. We called the office and they scheduled an appointment within a few hours of our call. The technician immediately diagnosed the probably and fixed it just a few minutes. He also didn't try to convince us of unnecessary repairs or upsell us additional services. I would definitely recommend them.

We had a serious electrical issue that needed immediate attention. We called the office and Mike came out in less than 2 hours time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the appropriate repair in less than 10 minutes and just charged us the service fee. He was friendly, knowledgeable, explained both the problem and solution in layman’s terms. We are so grateful for their speedy and accurate service. They didn’t try to upsell any services or charge exorbitant prices.
