Got my rear shock rebuilt from here two seasons ago.... first ride out this year it gets stuck down again. Not even a full two seasons it worked. Im wondering if they even rebuilt the shock at all. Id call them but id just get attitude about it.
Really helpful staff! I went with my young kids looking for helmets and the person who helped us was really good with the kids and checking for proper fits. He was patient and explained exactly what to check for. Ultimately because the selection for kids 5 and under is small and I wanted MIPS they didn’t have helmets that worked but rather than suggesting that we buy something that wasn’t exactly what I wanted he offered to order something in and even suggested other bike shops that might have what I was looking for.
