Unbelievable selection of parts they have available
I had great service from the team at East Side Cycle. They gave my mountain bike a tune-up. It came back shifting silky smooth and the brakes grab like never before - I can stop on a dime now. It restored my joy of cycling. I only have an entry level bike and was a bit worried they might look down on me - but this was not the case - they were very friendly and helpful.
