There is one person working there taking care of all who enter. She does a fine job, but she is totally over worked. She needs another person to assist her. She looks so exhausted. She handle 80 people in one day all by herself she told me. Not right. Get her some help lab owners. I want to add that I am very impressed with the portal that is provided by East Side Clinic. My family has been here twice recently for labs. This office is fast and friendly. Even with a bit of a line and only two people working, they got the line through. All the conversations I heard were friendly and caring. Nobody wants to get labs, but this was a good place to do it. Bonus points for coffee being right across the street when you're done.
Absolutely terrible customer service. They also seem to just open/close whenever is convenient for them, with no option to call and speak to a person on-site to verify what their “hours of the day” are. Very poor work ethic and practice overall, particularly given they serve elderly and disabled populations.
