Absolutely terrible customer service. They also seem to just open/close whenever is convenient for them, with no option to call and speak to a person on-site to verify what their “hours of the day” are. Very poor work ethic and practice overall, particularly given they serve elderly and disabled populations.
There is one person working there taking care of all who enter. She does a fine job, but she is totally over worked. She needs another person to assist her. She looks so exhausted. She handle 80 people in one day all by herself she told me. Not right. Get her some help lab owners.
Only 1 person in the entire office was workíng. I waited over an hour with 7 people in front of me and in the time I was there only maybe 3 people went though. I ended up leaving
Absolutely amazing experience. Victoria....she's awesome. Amazing personality, she knew I was very nervous. I have passed out before having blood work. NOT with Victoria ...nope, she made sure I was comfortable, and on top of it, I never felt a thing. Why are you still reading this.....go here for labs already.
