I have been here a few times over the years no issue so when my doctor ordered labs, it was my first choice of labs on island. They are supposed to open at 6:30am so I got there a few minutes after that and, as of when I left at 7:20am this morning, they still were not open. A bit frustrating when you've been fasting for the blood draws.

Appalled by the attitude of the woman working here. There was an older gentleman in the waiting room who stood up and walked over to reception. She yelled from across the room “Sit back down, no one called you!” Then continued to belittle him because he had VA paperwork to give her. She could not have been more annoyed, more rude, or any less compassionate. Should not be working in any type of health care setting with that demeanor.

Horrible attitude by the front desk employee when I arrived with my Veterans Administration paperwork. I did not realize they stopped serving Veterans after 10:00 AM when I arrived at 11:00. She stated they were done with the VA for the day! When I asked why she told me they were sick of the VA patients. I told her I had just driven 30 minutes to get here and the place was EMPTY!!!
