I thought dealing with a smaller lab would have been helpful! Boy was I wrong! I had a commitment from them to add lab services to my practice (a small business) and ended up stuck with a smaller, more expensive suite because of the big business bullies that they are! I wouldn't let my dog use their services!
First the receptionist was rude "sign in and take a number" she barks. Them she ask who's next. And who's next and who's next. Never once looked at number never once asked for name on list. What's the use of signing in and getting a number.
