History Established in 2003. The East Side Bakery was started by Tim and Christine Armstrong in hopes of bringing back the "Mom and Pop Store" feel that they felt was missing in town. After establishing their business on the East End of Cortland where they also live, Tim and Chris are happy to say that their customers have become a part of their "East Side" extended family.
