My cardiologist is there and he’s amazing. The staff is very professional and helpful
Terrible service. I called at 12 PM and was told someone would call me back, but nobody did. I have a hospital procedure tomorrow and still have no information. Patients should not have to chase medical staff for basic communication. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and responsibility.
Drs Ratcliffe and Mazurov take care of their patients very well.
I had a question two days after my surgery. I called at 9:30am and they said a PA would call me back. No one called by 2:30, so I called again. They said the person was out to lunch, and would call me. Still no call by 4:00. I called a third time, got disconnected. Called a 4th time, was left on hold till 4:30 when I got disconnected again, because they close at 4:30.
