This place is expensive and kind of a mess. Pros: lots of equipment, nice location, amenities for recovery and nice showers Cons: insufficient materials to sanitize equipment and generally messy, holes in the walls, shelves and wall hold materials secured without studs or not being graded for the weight (I’ve seen barbells for crashing to the floor and a shelf of kettlebells collapse), and today there is a dog barking and running loose through the gym. Great gym - has everything you need - good atmosphere and mix of all ages
I love East Sac fit!! Jeremiah and John work hard to keep it running smoothly. Such a great atmosphere makes me want to work out almost daily!
