Took my kid from rocklin ufc gym. Which is owned by Urijah. After year and few months of training to this gym. It's like he is new all over again. Very nice place with education still being in the focus of the students. Mornings classes and evening classes to work around ur work or school. Study rooms as well. Parking is kinda a pain if u have a pickup.
This is probably one of the best martial arts gyms you can find in Sacramento. Everything here is at a high level, and it really feels like a serious training environment, not just a hobby club. If you train Muay Thai here, you’re learning real Muay Thai. If it’s boxing, it’s real boxing. If it’s jiu-jitsu, it’s real jiu-jitsu. So if you’re genuinely interested in mastering a combat sport, this is a gym I would definitely recommend.
Admin is unhelpful and inconsiderate to the local neighborhood.
Everyone is wonderful and I feel safe and empowered coming here. Its good medicine to be around folks who have the skillset, experience, and mission to see me training and achieving my personal goals. (1 chin up in December 2026 amd to show my 10 and 14 year old how to have fun taking care of our bodies, no matter what). Parking is an UFC light weight issue. Haha Shot out to the groundsman, I've never seen paraphernalia in the parking lot. I have been here almost a year and I can do lunges! Ive never done them confidently...... read more
