I am consistently impressed by Dr. Kim. She is always researching new things and takes the time to educate me because she knows I love to learn. She is thorough and gentle with each pet. I have never seen her without a smile and you can tell her staff enjoys working for her. The clinic is beautiful and relaxing. I can't say enough good things about East Roswell!

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Kim, her staff, and their brand-spanking-new facility. Our dog had a severe allergic reaction to something early this morning -- his face was badly swollen on one side and had welts all over his body -- but she saw us first thing even though they already had a surgery scheduled. That gesture alone speaks volumes. On top of that, Dr. Kim was as caring, helpful and knowledgeable as any vet I've used in the past. So glad we found her! Highly recommended, to say the least!!
I took my cat Maxx to see Dr. Kim and Sandra the groomer for the first time just yesterday. The team is fantastic! They were caring and gentle during the exam. Maxx has to be sedated for a groom due to his abusive past and Dr. Kim had to work with his drug cocktail as he's becoming resistant to what was used previously. She called me to let me know what was going on (though I didn't get the message until today due to a phone quirk) and made sure he was comfortable and safe. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a new vet. Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable and experienced, and she and the staff all were very good with my dog. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. They do most common lab work in house (Dr. Kim has experience with this), and she works to make sure that your pet has the best care possible. The facility is very well thought out. They also see exotic animals!
Dr. Kim is great with my cat! Takes great care of Ozzy.
Dr. Kim was very sweet. They saw my baby the same day and made sure she was more than comfortable. I was given a tour while her results ran (she has all the lab stuff on site so no waiting days!). It's never fun to take your animal to the vet but both myself and Ruby left happy (and healthy)!
