Dr. Kim is the only vet I will ever take my dog to! Dr. Kim and her staff truly understand that she’s my family and they treat her as their own. I know she’s in the best hands and they always put the animals first. They give you honest answers and cost conscious solutions. If you want the best vet out there, look no further!
Dr. Kim and her staff are amazing. My oldest fur baby is a 15 years old and has spinal compression issues. Before coming to Dr. Kim he could not get up the stairs. Dr. Kim recommended a mild pain management and cold laser therapy program that has brought youth back to him. He can now climb up a flight of stairs! He used to have episodes where his hind legs would just give out while walking or even just standing. Since therapy he rarely has his legs collapse under him. Dr. Kim and her staff are amazing! I took my bearded dragon, Stanley, in for his first check up and everyone was super nice. They took me for a tour of their entire facility and I was very impressed also very clean and sanitary there. Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable at everything animals! I am very pleased with my experience there I will definitely be taking Stanley back to Dr. Kim and her wonderful staff when in need! Also their prices are very reasonable!
DO NOT GO HERE. Vet techs are nice! What will disappoint you the most is the EXTREMELY SHADY FINANCIAL STAFF. I brought my dog in because he was having diarrhea, it was my first time going since my other vet was across town. Everything went well I assumed until I started getting emails saying "You owe $55", wait what? I paid in full at the end of my visit! They even went as far as to contact my ex boyfriend to try and get $55 out of him. My total bill was paid in full ...Continue Reading
We recently moved to the area and needed a vet for our 3 dogs. After getting a referral to E Roswell, we had all 3 seen by Dr. Kim. We are very grateful to have found such a caring, experienced vet. The staff is warm and welcoming and knowledgeable. Sadly, we had to have our very sick, elderly dog put to sleep over the weekend and Dr. Kim and the staff were amazing as we faced this difficult decision. Thank you for the patience and kindness shown to our beloved Molly and to us.
