Three years ago this clinic was awesome and everyone was so kind and smiled, said how pretty my cat was, but the two visits I had this week regarding dental issues for my cat were just okay. I respect the philosophy of the main vet for using alternative medicine for dogs and cats; however, this visit was professional only and I felt like I was trying to communicate with robots.
