Worst experience in Windsor. I visited East Riverside Optometry and saw Dr. L. Montcalm, and she was in such a hurry that she didn’t even listen when I told her I was uncomfortable with the prescription she gave me. I have a negative number, but she gave me a positive prescription and dismissed my concerns completely. She kept pushing me to buy frames from them, and the moment I said I didn’t want to purchase frames there, her attitude changed and she became rude. From the minute, I walked in until the minute I chose my glasses the girls at the desk looked after me like I was a customer for 30 years, Dr. Bell explained to me what was going on with my eyes and made me feel confident in the decision I was making thanks so much East Side I can see you again
The lady who works the counter is awful and rude. I will never go here again in my life and advise anyone who needs an eye exam to run for your life! They will be rude and angry with you if you do not buy glasses from them. Absolute dumpster fire of an establishment. Also they screened my calls when I tried to ask another question so I had to call from a co workers phone and they picked up first ring. IMAGINE THAT! 😂 if I could give negative 5 stars for service I would take great pleasure in doing so.
