I’ll say the inside of the apartments are LOVELY it’s great but DO NOT MOVE HERE if your going to be in the middle or underneath anyone it sounds like TORTURE you can hear your neighbors use the bathroom they run and stomp and walk so loud it sounds like their inside your unit the breezeways are filthy & again the walls are to darn thin I can hear the neighbors cough at night

If I could give zero "0" stars I would!! East River Place Apartments does not respond to calls or emails. I am in dire need to find a place to live in Nashville the fits within my budget, I start a new job on April 2, 2025 and cannot get a response. I have called (6 messages left) and email (3 - 6 emails) over the past 2 weeks. I was ready to rent, but I have not received any communication after countless emails and voice-mails. I went to view these apartments to see how they are upon entering the doors trash was everywhere spider 🕷 webbs were all over the walls in the stair wells,above the tenets apartment an doors, I think I will look some place else
