Man it definitely was a dream come true. I always wanted to live on the water. My experience was nothing short of amazing. The residents were friendly the place was clean inside and out. I would definitely come back a second time if the opportunity ever presents itself. Will definitely miss this place
I lived at East River Place (ERP) for 6 years and honestly, I left only because I moved out of state. It was a wonderful residence experience. I had not lived in an "urban" environment before and ERP is in the heart of Downtown Dayton and it did not disappoint. I first move into a Riverfront unit, with a big porch, which was lovely....and what s spectacular view I had. I then requested a rear apartment and I liked it just as much. Both had advantages. I loved living in East River Place apartments. I loved my view of the Miami River, walking out of my apartment each morning to be greeted by the river -- there was just something lovely and unmatched by the experience. No other place in Dayton really has that to offer in the same way -- such easy access to the walk and bike trails along the riverside, a river cross to Riverscape.
