Competence and follow through is desperately needed
Called for a friend whom is now entering a contested divorce and was treated with attitude by a paralegal named Vida. I couldn’t fully explain the situation and she replied with “And you want me to help you how....?” She continued to have a rude demeanor and then eventually hung up. Called back and she stated she doubted then stated she “knew for sure the case would not be accepted”. I first tried explaining to her it would be nice to be treated with a little more respect because you never know what someone is going through.... read more
