Great shop. Took my 1978 ranchero in for a roof replacement and repaint of the rear quarter panels. The quality of work was high and turnaround time fast considering the scope. I could see the attention to detail in the seamless welding and finishing of the new roof section, and the immaculate paintwork. No orange peel or anything. I would trust East River Auto Body with future auto body projects big and small, and the owner was very communicative and up front about the work and cost, which was also nice. 5 stars
East River completely exceeded my expectations. I brought my car in for a complete engine harness replacement no small job, and they handled it with absolute professionalism and expertise. The team kept me informed throughout the process, explained the work clearly, and finished everything right on schedule. Had such a lovely and seamlessly easy experience at Kathy’s! Such a gem and took my car in late afternoon even though they were just to take a nail out of my tire. Instantly welcomed me in and got me back in my car, with the help of her amazing staff, in under 30 minutes! A great neighborhood spot!
Absolutely amazing experience with this body shop! After a hit and run left my car in bad shape, I was unsure where to turn, but Kathy and the team here were incredible from start to finish. Kathy guided me through the entire process, even helping with all the tricky insurance details, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. I highly do NOT recommend this business and I would not return if this were the last mechanic shop around. Kathy was very unprofessional and my card was charged way more than discussed. If you prefer a business with unethical business practices, this is your shop. Otherwise, find a shop with better service and professionalism. This was not it. If I could rate them a 0/10, I would.
