Excellent work and great customer service. This place is a hidden treasure that I was lucky to discover while driving through the neighborhood. My car was sideswiped on the BQE by a hit and run driver, removing the paint, damaging the side trim, and obliterating the sideview mirror. East River gave me a reasonable estimate and restored my car to its original state in under 2 days. Highly recommend.
Had such a lovely and seamlessly easy experience at Kathy’s! Such a gem and took my car in late afternoon even though they were just to take a nail out of my tire. Instantly welcomed me in and got me back in my car, with the help of her amazing staff, in under 30 minutes! A great neighborhood spot!
East River completely exceeded my expectations. I brought my car in for a complete engine harness replacement no small job, and they handled it with absolute professionalism and expertise. I don’t know how they got 4 stars? As I was leaving after not getting my sealant on my car I saw another lady very dissatisfied arguing with yet another person at this auto body. My car was under warranty. I took it to get the paint and sealer put on. I told them that I needed proof that it was put on and they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. I highly do NOT recommend this business and I would not return if this were the last mechanic shop around. Kathy was very unprofessional and my card was charged way more than discussed. If you prefer a business with unethical business practices, this is your shop. Otherwise, find a shop with better service and professionalism. This was not it. If I could rate them a 0/10, I would.
