Excellent friendly staff
Wow just wow. Clean, efficient and superb . Met straight away, kind helpful staff. Easy parking. Straight in for appointment, lovely staff with so much information and explanation. The receptionist on the UTC is so rude and cares more about being on her phone than anyone coming in. Didn’t listen to anything I said then got annoyed after she gave the wrong directions to me of where to go, her attitude to patients coming in after was also poor. Rolled eyes, spoke to patients like they were thick. Staff on outpatients were lovely and so helpful in comparison, GP was brilliant.
Arrived as the centre opened at 7.00am (3rd in the queue) seen in 10 minutes. Very caring and polite staff. Problem efficiently dealt with, home in 30 minutes. Thank you East Riding Community Hospital.
