They give my dog better care than any doctor I have ever seen for humans. My 13 year old dog loves Jackie the receptionists and he saw the vet in the parking lot he insisted he got to greet him. My dog has a wonderful old life cause the medical care he has received

Probably Did the environment feel well thought out with a holistic approach in mind? Everything was well thought out for comfort and general well being. They took a wonderful holistic approach. Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely
I felt I was given reasonable and appropriate guidance as to my pet's treatment with regard to the financial impact and the impact on my pet at her age.
I was preparing to be "taken to the cleaners" when my pet was sick. The office visit price was surprisingly reasonable and much lower than I had prepared for. That always makes a customer happy!

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Were the kennels and holding areas clean? Yes, they were spotless Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
