Horrible Will never go there again. Was treated horrible. Yelled at by the dr in front of other patients. Told me I was last seen there 3 weeks ago and I hadn't been there since November of 2012.

EP Medical Ctr Thank You I owed money, I was sick as a a dog, I was told they couldn't help because I owed money. Before I knew it I was being rushed by ambulance to a nearby hospital where I was admitted for the next 7 days. They saved my life and they helped me dramatically. I fell in love with the on staff Dr. and had him become my family Physician. The staff is thorough and competent. What else do you need in a medical crisis. I would not hesitate to go back.
STAFF ARE TERRIBLE Their billing is absolutely ridiculous. Upon a recent visit they were given the new insurance card two times on the same day (we switched from BCBS to UnitedHealth) and yet we continue to receive bills indicating that we don't have BCBS. Duh!!!!!!!!!! we told them that when we gave them the UH card. Then when I called about it, one person (Candice) gave me a hard time and hung up the phone when I asked her name. I had to call back to get this resolved. Also, they give out drugs way to easy.
convenient Staff is friendly and competent. X-rays on site. There can be times when the wait is very long. Best to go when doors open in the morning or 45 minutes before closing.
Good for the minor stuff! Much faster than Rhode Island Hospital or Miriam but don't go if you are having a heart attack! They are good for the simple x-ray, or blood work but be prepared to wait but not as long as the hospitals. They will refer you to the major hospital if your case is serious and they don't have the ability to treat it.
Walk In Clinic This is a good place to go to if you have a medical problem and want a walk in clinic. They are slow and you tend to wait for a while to see a doctor but they are helpful and friendly.
