Very professional. From front staff greeting to last residue of a removed filling, excellent care. Gentle, careful, thoughtful. Big thumbs up.
Customer service suck I have waiting months for this dentist appointment. They call me Friday to remind me of my Monday appointment than call me Monday hours before to cancel on me. It's not my fault your staff didn't show up to work. So now I have to wait another month and a half for the next appointment. And the receptionist barley know how to do there jobs.
I am so grateful to have Dr Joy Arend and her fantastic staff for my dental work. Joy is everything you'd want in a dentist, patient, a good listener and communicator. I trust her completely when it comes to caring for my teeth. The work she has done for me has been excellent. She does not push me to have work I don't need. I had a childhood of traumatic dental experiences and Joy has been the perfect cure. She takes the time necessary to help me care for my teeth.
Not sure why reviews are so high for this place, they tend to send out inaccurate billing statements prior to processing insurance and apparently have no way of stopping, and generally cleanings have been rough
