This is a wonderful clinic I see people complaining but they are the one who don’t want to change their life’s I see people complaining about groups or you get holds you can do groups on the phone or in person when you earn your place to take outs you only have to do a group once a month the nurses actually care as do the counselors my only complaint is I had a counselor for several yrs I really liked and they went made him counselor of day but I’m someone who takes time to know a person and don’t like change that said my ne... read more

🥰Staff is SO kind & genuine and compassionate, & they appear to enjoy their jobs & recommend this clinic entirely because of the staff, particularly the receptionists & counselors! 🤍🤍🤍
East Portland CTC has taken a lot of what the negative reviews here mention and has changed policies based on integrating the words of its patrons. In my experience, not many clinics will do this sort of thing. East Portland is run (at least currently) by a group of caring individuals, who really express concern over members' health and wellbeing over the duration of their MAT attendance.
