The first impression of the location is great. There is plenty of parking. The walkway leading to the suite could use some renovation as it is not a smooth trail and can be considered a trip hazard. Inside of the office it seemed nice. The young man, Christian, attending the front desk was very kind, and his smile was infectious. The contractors who clean after hours could probably do a better job. The doctor is kind and the nurses are attentive.
Worst office and VERY unorganized. We came here for a New born wellness check up after being discharged from the hospital with Jaundice. Our appointment was at 8:15 we didn’t get seen until 9:15 (we were the only other people in there until an 8:30 showed up and they brought her right back). After finally seeing the nurse and answering all her questions the Dr. came in and asked the same questions.
