Horrible place, I’m surprised they are still able to be an apartment building. Just went to visit to see their availability… couldn’t find their building office, phone number attached to building isn’t in service, hallway and stairs are never taken care of (dirty and need of light replacement) This place’s rent better be under $500 for it to be reasonable.

They very overpriced , and the management is sneaky...... The parking lot is not maintain, it's trashy. And apartment stairs and hallway are filthy..... IT'S NOT WELL KEPT

Very spacious and clean for a older apartment complex. Definitely would pay 450 for rent if it was me because it's 1 bedroom

I stayed here in the year 2023 and not even two days in was I introduced to a bed bug. I told the apartment manager and they came to spray, I still had issues but they refused to send him back to spray because there’s no active infestation but I was still getting bit. There’s always a bunch of furniture being thrown out and infested with bed bugs it’s ridiculous. DON’T MOVE HERE! If they had them then they still have them and the infestation is 100x worse now two years later!!

Do not stay here if you value your mental and physical health. The rent’s cheap, yeah, but it’s cheap for a reason. This place is super sketchy and overally just BAD. The management’s super poor, no communication since the old property owner had long abandoned this place and run away with tenants’ deposit (we realized this because we couldn’t get our deposit back when we left). There’re always problems with black mold on the celing, the wall, the AC, and roaches and flies infestation that no one would take care of no matter ... read more
