I moved in August 2024 and literally November 2024 I had over 8 different people come in and claim to be the property manager, there's no where to send rent and no one answers the phone, my apartment flooded there was a roach infestation and no one answered I had a newborn baby and then got served with eviction notices when there's literally no where to send rent or anything and when I had the money and proof they still went and processed it! I stayed here in the year 2023 and not even two days in was I introduced to a bed bug. I told the apartment manager and the came to spray, I still had issues but they refused to send him back to spray because there’s no active infestation but I was still getting bit. There’s always a bunch of furniture being thrown out and infested with bed bugs it’s ridiculous. DON’T MOVE HERE! If they had them then they still have them and the infestation is 100x worse now two years later!!

Do not I REPEAT DO NOT move in this place I’ve been here 1 year not even that and we’ve had 5 different property managers it’s horrible trash everywhere doors getting kicked in office got broken into where I was putting my money stinks so bad in this place people leave trash bags outside in the hall way poop on steps water shuts off and on just save your money and never move here it’s better to live in your car tbh then here

If I could give zero stars I would. I moved into these raggedy apartments in the year 2022 and left the same year because on my second night I discovered that they had a bed bug infestation and I know for a FACT that they did now come from me cause these were full grown already. They brought someone to spray then refused to send him back when I still had issues because there was no “active infestation”.

do not rent, this place is infested and they still have not done anything about it. i contacted and was told their pest control was “booked out”. they will shut your water off without notifying you, you’ll hardly be able to do laundry because one is either broke or just not working. management is just horrible and needs tons of work. you will hear your neighbors above and besides you because how crappy this place is. they will not fix any issues either. save your time and money and just go elsewhere.
