A month after we moved in our apartment flooded due to the upstairs water heater busting received no compensation for cleaning up the water ourselves and the neighbors dog jumped her fence which isn’t allowed and attacked our dog. I’ve mentioned this said fence to the property manager 3 times and nothing gets done and now she has tie outs for her dogs that aren’t allowed also.
To start: -My apartment was never painted before I moved in, and still has not been painted almost 6 months later. -I have an inordinate amount of spiders and odd looking insects. -the buildings are not well maintained. Hallway carpets are filthy, spider webs in ceiling corners, wall paint peeling, water stains on the ceilings, and they have a musty smell. -exterior: paint is peeling off of the exterior trim, lumber on my 2nd story deck is rotting. Extremely rude to clients and have a very person to person view on dog breeds in which they allow. Very unprofessional and definitely wouldn’t recommend.
