Very knowledgeable and nice
Erica was very helpful with helping me and mom with paying her bill. She helped me with my mom very helpful and understanding. I love her for that!!
This is by far the worst storage in east point no one is never in the office Ms Erica is very unprofessional unpleasant person been sitting at this location since 1130 sign on door says closed til 330 when doing self service for a U-Haul and the rep isn’t here to assist only response from her is contact U-Haul very unpleasant and very rude I wish they had the option for no stars

I have had a unit at East Point Saver Storage for about a little over a year. I have a good experience every time I needed to call for any assistance. Ms. Erica will make sure she calls you back and offer assistance to you. I also like the hours that are available to access the building.
