Not transparent when it came to the financial stuff. They recently booked me in for something and never mentioned a price. I was NOT mentally prepared for them sticking a needle in my mouth (I'm afraid of needles and I've been making sure to tell healthcare workers), and very much NOT prepared for them slapping a bill in my face right after. Even if I wasn't the Working Poor, you tell people when something has a price BEFORE, not after! I've lost all trust with them and don't plan on ever going back.
