My family and I have truly enjoyed our experience with KinderCare and the care they provide for our two boys. Statement Regarding My Experience with KinderCare My experience with KinderCare was extremely disappointing and created a significant hardship for both me and my autistic son. On my son’s very first day, he was sent home after only one hour. He was never given a fair opportunity to adjust to the environment or participate in any type of trial period. I am so happy with KinderCare for my son! He started when he was 6 months old. I was very apprehensive for him to start daycare but that went away as soon as he started. Carly, the center director, is so kind, professional, and very responsive if I ever have any questions. The teachers love the kids and really take the time to get to know them. My daughter has been going here since she was 6 months she is now 1. The experience has been nothing but amazing. They love her and she loves them. The staff stays on top of what she’s learning at home and keeps it going while with them even teaching her more and stuff we haven’t started yet. I love that I get daily updates and pictures throughout the day. Everyone is so kind and caring and very attentive when it comes to her and also when it comes to keeping me informed.
Update: 10/1/2025 I’ve been here a few years and they’ve gone through LOTS of changes. I’m glad that things finally seem to be consistent with teacher retention. I certainly appreciate the level of communication they provide and their effort to create a safe learning environment.
