Very inconsiderate and inhumane! You can’t have such terrible traits when working with babies. They send your child back home because a teacher calls off, leaving you stranded, poor communication and you still pay for the care you didn’t receive. RUNNNNN!!!
Terrible Experience..always understaffed…if you love your kids and you want the best for them, Don’t take your kids there, especially if you’re black.
This place does so much for the kids in terms of care and education, but also fun. My toddler loves going everyday and just adores all of the teachers.
The staff and location is amazing. My grandson Wesley loves going everyday. He has grown so much in knowledge. The Penn Hills location is clean and very safe. And the staff greets you everyday with a smile. If you’re looking for a safe and fun learning daycare. KinderCare is it!
After our last daycare fiasco we switched to kindercare and truly couldn’t be happier. I love the environment, diversity, teachers and directors. They listen to what you need and truly take great care of our two boys! Definitely recommend for anyone in the area
