I really LOVE my unit. Like it’s my home by all means. I’m having a reoccurring issue with MOLD that has not been resolved in 45 days. The AC does not cool the unit and it is currently 77 degrees in the unit. Needless to say my floors are sweating and wet in the almost affected bedroom. This is my sons room. I’ve been promised mitigation and not only have they not showed up, the ac is not working after 8 work orders. I’m essentially paying high market rate rent for a 2 bedroom and the second room is literally uninhabitable.... read more
