I am a current renter. EPSS does nothing in maintenance to this property. I don't mind it in the fall - I bring my battery operated blower and clear the leaves in front of my storage unit. THE WINTER IS HORRIBLE! THEY PLOW 1 LANE DOWN THE MIDDLE OF THE GARAGES LEAVING YOU WITH 4'FT OF ICE FOR YOU TO MITIGATE. SINCE THEY DON'T MOVE THE SNOW IT MELTS AND THE DOORS FREEZE TO THE GROUND. LEAVING YOU WITH NO ACCESS TO YOUR UNIT!
