Doing Labs was relaxing and wonderful. I enjoyed the seated elliptical. They have a seated stepper and of course bicycles and treadmills. All kinds of weightlifting. They have TRX which I use.
Friendly staff, knowledgeable trainers, many levels of classes, a full range of free weights and machines for both cardio and fitness training.
I joined here yesterday and had my first workout today. Very nice, clean and equipped gym. I think I am really going to enjoy it. My only negative thoughts, it's very hard to find, and only one way in and out, through construction.
