Maintenance is always active and management is on top of keeping contact most of the time. Very nice apartment

Ms. Chandra Lee is the best! I've often been in the Kenwood office retrieving my packages (I would also like to thank her for not judging their number) and she is always so sweet and helpful. No matter how your day went, I'm sure that even a brief interaction will put a smile on your face.
Walls are very thin and it makes living here with noisy neighbors unbearable. Not worth the price point
