Don’t recommend. Poor quality of living and poor communication from the leasing staff. Also, say goodbye to your security deposit, because this place will use every trick in the book to make sure it is not returned to you. Note, I am reviewing on behalf of a resident who did not feel safe reviewing on their own.

***Update: There were no damages to the unit. They didn’t meet me when they were supposed to for my checkout so I knew they were going to add bogus charges to take most of my security deposit, which they did. I got a mere $55 back. They did nothing to make me feel safe in my home there. I stand by my original review, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My experience at East Park Gardens and PMI was horrible. I recently moved out (May 2025) because I have to move out of the state for grad school. If not for this then I would have stayed longer. I never had any problems with maintenance or the leasing office. When a small error was made on my last lease renewal, it was corrected without issue. The walls are thin, especially in the living room, but my neighbors were all very sweet so it’s something I chose to overlook.
