Called to inquire and was hung up on with them saying the property manager refuses to work with people who smoke even tho I'm not gonna smoke inside with a small baby. Was a complete rude a hole over the phone. Your apartments aren't even that nice I've been in them and half the people who live there smoke so I'm not sure what these people are even doing.
Just moved back to Iowa, and looking for a place to rent. I called to inquire about a 2 bedroom. The guy I spoke with was giving me details and asked if I smoke. I replied yes and tried to tell him that I have children and would never smoke within the residence. He cut me off and hung up on me and then blocked my number. So much for iowa nice.
