Ive been living at East Park for three months, and have no complaints! The landlady is very friendly and understanding - when you need something fixed, she sends the fixer-uppers over within an hour to a couple hours, depending on how busy they are! The neighbors are easy to get to know (though its different for everyone) and helpful!Its a good price for what youre getting: Great location (by MAX transit, 3 different buses, Downtown Gresham, an incredibly diverse and expansive Outlet mall, schools, library, vet/people clinic... read more
