Everybody was really nice, but they were way busier than we were told over the phone. They said they had time to see my puppy but they really did not, was going to take hours to get some x-rays done. The vet tech was awesome and everybody was nice but there is no way i was going to leave my puppy there. I do not know any of them, and this was our first time there, they wanted me to leave him for hours with them. No way
Our border/Aussie had MULTIPLE problems as a DIRECT result of the actions of clinic staff. After treatment, we received a bill which I had been guaranteed we would not. After months of dealing with this, (and proof through multiple e- mails and voicemails) they finally relented.
