She was incredibly polite, patient, and understanding, and went out of her way to make sure everything was sorted smoothly. It’s not often you come across someone so kind and professional at the same time. Shay made the whole experience a lot less stressful — truly appreciated

I had my first experience with NHS here and I am really satisfied. The doctor and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much for such a wonderful service. I hope they keep it up.
Off hours doctor and staff are just amazing. I just had a great experience. Kindness, patience and professionalism! Also the normal hours GP practice is really excellent. Thank you all for your hard work!
