All of the staff is rude and do not know how to handle a 4lb chiweenie. She almost fell off the exam table. They constantly try to sell you instead of worrying about your animals. They do not seem to understand the word no. My dog is very sensitive to most medication. I’ve had all the common shots for her and she’s been allergic to 90% of them. Even after explaining this to the vet tech and the doctor they still try to get me to let them pump her full of medication and benedryl. And they charge $21 for a nail clip and do not... read more
RecommendedThey are absolutely outstanding. The care they give to my GSD, Leean went above and beyond. The staff is professional and really truly cares about our beloved pets. They are also very involved in the education of of students in the veterinary assisting programs in our public schools. This place is awesome!!!!!! I took my Mix toy breed dog 🐕 for an emergency visit due to her vomiting & having diarrhea with blood. They did some test & came up with the result that she has some sort of intestinal inflammation due to unknown reasons. From the first phone call to the results they were professionals & caring. Dr. Yantorni was flexible with the bill & very knowledgeable, understanding & caring . Thank you to the whole staff for their time , professionalism & care for all patients & their owners!!!
Have always had great experience with all drs. Only regret... paying $21 for nail clipping... thought at least that they will file the nails out, but nope.
After being told by Aloma Jancy that our 11yr old dog was too old to help, he ripped and ruptured a tumor they refused to remove. Thankfully I called EOAH and saw Dr. Peters. The talented and caring staff treated our Boogie like he was their own. I'm happy to say he's fully recovered and happier than ever. Thank you EOAH for doing what others couldn't.
