Brought our puppy that had parvo and giardia here after being at 3 different vets in a week. They were the only vet that actually seemed to care to make him better! They told us they would not let him leave until he was 100% healthy, and that is exactly what they did. We even arrived at the vet before they opened and the front desk receptionist came out to our car to let us in early! We will be bringing our pup here from now on :) Thank you Dr. Jackson and the staff of East Orange for making our pup healthy again!!

I cannot thank Dr Rhoden and his staff enough. We made the difficult decision to put Chipper down last night and everyone was so compassionate. The staff loves what they do and are there because of their love of animals. These animals truly become part of the family and after 17 years, he was a huge part. RIP Chipper Lou���
Unfortunately, the recent care given my dwarf rabbit by Dr. Jackson wasn't the best. She is knowledgeable, as we knew her and dealt with her years ago when she was with another local practice, but her compassion seems to have diminished. No real explanations that I could understand and not one follow-up call (except to return my calls for questions). While the staff seems attentive and caring, they appear to be more focused on cats and dogs. The technician took him to cut his toenails and missed half of them! I had to do it ... read more
This is the best vet hospital in Orlando. Staff is super helpful, compassionate and understanding. The doctors take their time with each patient and the interaction with the pets is comforting. We've been their patients here for years. Love them��
