These guys are top of the line..Trent came out to inspect my boiler which was leaking like a sieve. Had them install a new boiler..Tracy and crew were on time friendly, cleaned up and did an excellent job..Checked the entire system before they departed...
I just had my AC serviced and was extremely happy with the service Alex provided. They're always honest, deliver great service and don't try to upsell. This is why I purchased a furnace from them recently.
My furnace suddenly stopped working yesterday. East Ohio Furnace came out within an hour of calling. The technician, Alex, could not have been nicer. He quickly diagnosed the issue, got the part from the shop, and replaced the faulty motor. He also made sure the furnace was running within spec. Absolute best experience. Cannot recommend more. Thank you!
I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because Chris, the gentleman who answers the phone, was a pleasure to deal with—friendly and professional. Unfortunately, my negative experience stems from the gentleman who handles insurance claims. They work with American Home Shield (AHS), and my total out-of-pocket expenses (beyond what insurance covered) ended up being higher than quotes I received from other companies, which also included the furnace! Fantastic company to work with. They are very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Helped us with a furnace warranty issue and we are now being refunded from the manufacturer. Highly recommend!
