I had an 11 am appointment with this provider - by 12:15 pm, I still hadn't been seen, with no explanation provided as for why there was a delay. Meanwhile, people who arrived after I did were seen before me. They also tried to get me to sign up for "laughing gas" for my surgery - something my state-provided insurance wouldn't cover, so I would have been obligated to pay them out of pocket.
